With this campaign we are inviting people to get out of their minds in those moments they need it the most.
Like when they are on IG, comparing themselves to other people’s lives.

With ads situated between Instagram Stories, we’ll remind users to stop and take a break with Audible.

 
 
 

Next, we are going in real life situations where they might be worrying.


Like while they wait for the bus.

 

When they read the newspapers on Sunday morning.

Or while they update their dating app profile.

 


And while driving home after a long day at work.

 
 

EXPERIENTIAL

On “World Mental Health Day” (October 10), we will bring pods and immersive experiences to major cities and invite people to Pledge to Pause while they go about their day.
People will be asked to “Pledge to Pause” and post their pledges on social media.

In addition to the Pledge to pause UGC movement from the experiences, we are asking influencers to participate and help us spread the word using hashtags like #abreakfromyou, #obsessing, #anxiety, #overthinking.
